Following his degree in Journalism at the University of Portsmouth, Ben enjoyed content writing for varying audiences. He has also gained skills in web design and social media marketing. Designing and creating a magazine,  producing a PR campaign as well as completing a special investigation/dissertation are just a few examples Ben’s work.

Ben has previously worked  in a customer service role where he headed up the complaints department.  “Whilst the job gave me great communication and customer service skills, I wanted to continue my passion of writing and creating content. I’m a passionate about content creation, specifically for the RPA/AI sector. Having witnessed many of the challenges faced in a daily office environment, I understand space of RPA/AI from a customers perspective and how easily they can fix these problems. ”
